Extended Care
The Extended Services Program offers private, personal living suites with a warm and supportive environment for residents who require a greater level of care due to physical or cognitive challenges.
Members of our highly-trained, compassionate care-giving staff are available directly to residents in the Extended Services Program 24-hours each day for both supervision and care-giving purposes.
Comprehensive Care You Can Count On
Therapies and certain skilled services are available in-house through MedCentral Home Care, a Medicare-approved home health care service. All medications are ordered, set up, and administered by our around-the-clock professional nursing staff.
Specialized group activities and one-to-one encounters are an important part of our residents’ days and are designed around their individual interests.
